APPOINTMENT

An appointment is by referral only. Have your family doctor, emergency room doctor or a general surgeon fax a referral to us.

PLEASE BRING:

• A list of your current medications

• Your OHIP card

• A translator unless you speak English or Persian(Farsi)

• If you cannot keep your appointment for an office visit please notify us at least 24 hrs before and for endoscopy and 
  Operating room time at least a week earlier. 

PARKING
William Osler Health System has transitioned to a new parking system. The new system aligns with the systems already in place at our BCH and PMC sites. With the new parking system, patients and visitors may pay by debit or credit as they exit the lot, or by utilizing one of the pay stations located in the EWC lobby, Main Lobby, Emergency Department Lobby, and the East Patient Entrance. The pay stations accept cash in addition to debit and credit options. 
In addition, short term metered parking is available adjacent to the main entrance loop area and the short term lot by the east entrance. With the new parking system online, the previous pay and display system has been decommissioned. 
For frequent visitors/patients there are 5, 10 and 30 day flex passes which are available at the parking desk located adjacent to the main entrance.
